Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Since turkey is lower in fat than ground beef, it needs the extra punch of seasonings used in this recipe. Serve on a whole grain roll with lots of lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Delicious!

Ingredients:
1 pound freshly ground turkey breast1 egg, slightly beaten1 tablespoon vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/2 cup minced red onion1/4 cup parmesan cheese1/4 cup minced parsley

Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes |

| Instructions: |
| Preheat broiler.
In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape into patties and place on lightly oiled aluminum foil.
Broil 6" from heat for about 4-6 minutes on each side.
Burgers will turn whitish when cooked. |
